"As a non-member I'm always excited to come do things here with my toddler but then we get here and it's such a bummer to always be greeted by the receptionists cold and snarky attitude. At first I thought it was a one-off day but after coming multiple times I'm realizing this is normal. Big bummer! In addition, the tumble room is often found in disarray and dirty with mops brooms and cleaning supplies just laying around. Not impressed by this facility or non-customer service oriented staff."
