"The last time I came here for a full set and pedicure, my AMAZING nail tech (who is a student here but has plenty of prior experience) did a great job, however, she used the school's primer instead of her own product, and it's a very poor quality product. Three of my nails have come right off and others are loose. I also don't like how during the hour and a half that I was being offered service, the teacher was hovering the whole time as if my nail tech didn't know what she's doing and he was rushing her. Highly annoying. My nail tech also used HER products for accents on my nails, and they tried to charge extra even though she used HER product. They take students' tips as well, as if they don't earn enough money off of their students performing overcharged services. They don't treat their students well at all, which can be discouraging to clients eager to allow others to learn."
"I will NEVER EVER go to this place again! I had just grown out my eyebrows from the last three years getting them waxed. I was having a busy day and decided well I live around here so let me give this place a chance. I showed the lady exactly how I wanted them done from a poster they had up well let’s just say they didn’t come out no where close to the picture. There wa no arch whatsoever, they were the thinnest I’ve ever had my eyebrows and one had more hair then thee other not to mention a patch of hair missing from one eyebrow. I told her they don’t look like the picture at all she said I try to clean them up, you want me to fix. I said no I’m good because by this time I’m thinking if I let you “fix” them one might come out with no hair and thee other with hair. I complained all the way to the counter no one said anything!!! Do not go here for eyebrow waxing ever!!!!"
"New supervisors who seem only interested in getting clients to buy a service they do not want. Prices went up on the services they provide, but they are not posted so if you go in and ask for a pedi/mani you get a quote from the male and a different higher quote from the female. Don't know their names as they are so unfriendly. Seem pretty crooked to me."
"I'd say it's a fair place to get a pedicure for the $15 price or whatever they are charging that day . The students spend about an hour on your feet, it's relaxing and mostly a quiet environment. I wouldn't recommend having your acrylics done here the products are not professional as my nails started to chip at the base within a couple days."
"The students here do a competent and thorough manicure and pedicure. The price is sooo reasonable. My first time here. I was brought by a friend who highly recommends it. I will be back. Very pleased."
