"I trained for a very short time with Sifu Bob cook around 1996 or 97 at the Blue sage center for the arts in Paonia Colorado. I was very young. About 11 or 12 but I can say with absolute certainty that Sifu Cook is the best martial arts teacher I've ever had. This is a man that has devoted his life to the martial arts and has trained in multiple disciplines. If you have any doubts whatsoever about enrolling in classes with Sifu Cook I urge you to take a little bit of time 10 or 20 minutes and Google him and I promise you every bit of information you find on him will impress you thoroughly. This man is a true Master of the martial arts. I promise you it would be a real privilege for you to learn the martial arts from this man."
