Brighton Pediatrics

"Been coming to this clinic since my nieces/ nephews were babies now they are 29 years old and their little ones come so does mine. It's gone down hill since Dr cardos retired. The receptionists are unprofessional, the office manager is horrible she doesn't know how to run an office, doctors don't know how to stay in the office to make an appointment for the kids , can't trust the newer medical assistants the older ones that have been there forever are great but the newer ones are unprofessional and immature I don't trust them with my pet. Everywhere I go in Brighton whether it be the store or the specialty doctor or the pharmacy there's a parent complaining about Brighton pediatrics and the staff there. Very sad. Dr Cardos office got screwed after he left."

"The pediatrician the girls see is great and always so good with them. However, they seem to have a major problem with scheduling. 90% of the time I am waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for the doctor to even see us. Having a newborn and a toddler, this is unacceptable. I’ve also witnessed several other parents have to leave due to extremely long wait times. You would think that since they specialize in children’s care that they would know they don’t have a lot of patience to sit in a room for 30-90 minutes before even being seen. Very disappointing"

"Didn’t have a good first impression. Not for me and my baby. Had an appointment for him on Monday for quite some time and when we got there they had cancelled his appointment because the “provider” didn’t show up. Asked if any other provider could see him since he was a new patient but was all “booked.” They contacted me to cancel when in my opinion it was too late I was already on my way feel like they should let the patients know at least an hour before. Then they made me reschedule for Friday and I have things to do just like everyone else I tried to make space for Friday for the rescheduled appointment but unfortunately I was unable to tried to see if they could see him later that day it was all booked! Never coming back here again unprofessional was looking for a pediatrician for my baby who was at the hospital a few days ago and they just seemed to not care. If this place works for anyone else great just not for us."

"Doctors and nurses are great, but the receptionsts need way more training very unprofessional. DONT let them put you on hold because they WILL forget about you. They are a small clinic and rarely do they get busy so there should be no reason why the receptionists dont answer phone calls/leave you on hold ALL OF THE TIME. 10% of a chance they will answer best bet is to do appointments in person. Overall this clinic isnt the best would recommend taking your babies else where to people who actually care about your appointments, do better guys not worth the wait."

"The front office is impossible to get ahold of. Even when I leave a voicemail they don't call me back. They put me on hold today and then went to lunch. Who does that? I'm trying to make an appointment for my sick child. The MAs are sweet and the doctors are nice but the front office needs to get it together. That’s why I gave them 3 stars."
