"Wonderful customer service and overall experience! I frantically called the N. Academy location a couple weeks ago, in the morning, for a quick emergency dry cleaning situation. We had an apartment building fire the morning prior, that left my daughters' boyfriends suit with smoke damage and prom was that night. They were able to get it freshened up and ready for pick up later that day! It was fresh, clean and looked AMAZING!!!!! I really can't thank them enough for helping me save prom. They have earned a loyal customer and I'll recommend their services to everyone I know!"

"I had a wonderful experience using Super Quality Cleaners for alterations to a bridesmaid's dress and another formal dress. I was looking for a place to hem a lined, chiffon and polyester dress, and a velvet dress, and had reached out for a quote to another highly rated alterations shop with many high reviews (B** & B**). The shop gave me a quote, but when I reached out again to schedule, they told me I would have to wait until August because they were busy with prom season. I had planned to wait, but I was visiting Cole Promo one day, and the owners commented that Super Quality were very skilled at alterations. I brought my dress in for a quote, and they quoted me literally HALF of what the other place had quoted, and got 2 dresses done in a week. The quality of the work was excellent, neat, and exactly right. Highly recommend!"
