"You think that the job of Cleaners is to clean stains on your dirty clothes, but it’s not the case for the Foxfield Cleaners. Couple weeks ago I used their services and specifically pointed out several stains on my top, the owner marked them for special treatment. When I picked up my clothes, I noticed that the stains were still there. When I asked why they have not cleaned them, the owner said rudely “ We can’s clean all stains on all the clothes people bring” . Really? Why do we need cleaners if not to clean the clothes? I asked about refund and the owner started yelling at me saying I would never find such cheap pieces for dry cleaning. Bottom line, this isn’t even about the refund, or the qualify of work. This review is about the owner’s unacceptable attitude toward his customers"
