"I scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company. When the day arrived, the driver called me. I explained I lived on the fifth floor (Apt 517, as I had told the receptionist). He told me their equipment is truck-mounted, and there would be no way for them to service a fifth-floor apartment. Complete waste of my time. Driver was courteous, but this is a big failure."

"I took a chance, and went with a carpet cleaner that I had not had experience with. I was extremely please with the work. The owner does the work, along with another guy. They were so courteous and took time to protect the corners so that the hose did not mar the walls. They did a fantastic job on my berber carpet that was very soiled. When I noticed that an area was blotchy after drying, they came back to touch it up. I was very impressed with the outcome. There was no up-selling. Some of the name brand companies will quote one "sale price" then charge per stair step, etc. I would highly recommend Vibe Carpet Care!!"
