"Dependable cleaners is almost 6 dollars for a shirt now! I used to curse this, I wear expensive shirts and I got tired of having them ruined by all the other cleaners in the Highlands Ranch area. I can’t recommend these people highly enough if you have nice clothes and you want to take care of them. They have a great presentation and wonderful workmanship."

"Average service and absolutely ridiculous pricing. They charge $14 to dry clean a shirt and $23 to dry clean a dress. They are nearly 2-3 times more expensive than others."

"They ruined my daughter's Christmas dress before she even got to wear it! I specifically took the dress there because I was afraid the red would bleed into the white, I voiced my concern as to why I was bringing it in. They accepted the dress. Then it wasn't ready when promised, no communication about the delay. Then a week later they tell me the the red bled into the white and it just happens sometimes. Wish they would have told me that before because I would not have left it there and taken my chances at home. Don't take anything important here!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I setup delivery through this location, they didn't show up on day 1. When I looked into it they had no explanation of how the mistake happened and said they'd get me 4 days later. Within a few weeks they simply didn't bring my laundry (when I needed it) as expected and I had to call to ask what happened... they said their driver was sick and they'd be there tomorrow. The rhythm of dry cleaning delivery creates an expectation that it'll be there when you need it regardless of how 1 driver is feeling. Plus they're pretty over-priced."
