"We have been using the Briar Village Point location for years. Unfortunately, we left our dry cleaning there over the summer, since we forgot about it. We returned to pick it up and the items were no longer there. Turns out, they tried to call three times; however, I never received a voicemail or text message. I sure do miss when Eileen worked there. We will be using a different dry cleaners from now in."
"Had two dresses and a sweater dry cleaned. The price list did not contain a price for dresses but a skirt and blouse would’ve cost $7.50. But because they were sewn together they charged $12. $12 per dress. I’ve stayed in hotels that picked up and dropped off to my room and it didn’t cost that much. These dresses were mid length and unlined. They also charged me a delinting fee for the sweater that still came back with lint and hair on it. The quality of this place is terrible for the prices they charge. I will not be going back. Update: charging for a “jacket” makes a difference. This time I was charged $32 for two thin, mid length dresses, one jacket and a delint. So three items. Just last March I brought the same exact sweater in and I was charged for a “heavy sweater.” That time I had three heavy sweaters, three hoodie sweaters and a delint charge and the total for those six items was $31.50. Either update your displayed price list sign or charge people consistently. A piece of clothing should not change from a heavy sweater to a jacket depending on who is doing the check in. Transparent pricing and a high quality clean is what makes you a good cleaner. All the friendliness in the world won’t do any good if your customers feel ripped off due to inconsistent pricing and the clothes aren’t even clean."
