"I met the Grout Medic Denver couple at the Home and Garden convention on Saturday. They were great. I called on Monday and they came out that day to give us an estimate and were out on Tuesday to complete job. I wasn't sure if we needed to re-tile our bathroom - it was 15 years old and the shower was super nasty from renters - or if just needed cleaning and regrouting. I was afraid that it was going to be very expensive. The quote was so reasonable for the shower that I had them include the floors as well. They were here on-time, very polite, professional and cleaned everything up when they were done. They didn't try to sell me anything. The shower pan and tiles look phenomenal and they did the floors as well. It feels so much better to get in a shower that not only looks great again but it's been sanitized too! "I had Grout Medic come out to install grab bars in the shower and toilet room. Jose was very meticulous and took his time in determining the best placements for each grab bar, making sure where the studs were at each location. They look great and are very sturdy. Great job Jose!"

"I hired an independent contractor who took a bunch of money and botched my shower. I decided to go with a legitimate company with good reviews. I got a quote from another company that they were willing to match. After the work was done we had an issue where the accent tile wasn't even and flush, in fairness I didn't broach the subject when i first noticed because I don't like confrontation and just wanted my shower after the nightmare prior. After a couple months I realized I needed to be proud of my house and the work that goes into it. I reached out to Jesus- he came right away to look at it in person, agreed and made no excuses or blamed me-- which happened with the last guy, and got it corrected within the week. He apologized AND thanked me for letting him fix it. Two days before Jose was supposed to come and fix the tile, contractors fixing my siding nailed nails through my brand new accent tile insert. Jesus and Jose replaced the individual pieces that were broken by the other workers free of charge, and fixed any additional pieces I was unhappy with. I felt at one point i was being picky but Jose made it no big deal and was so nice about it. I am thankful to Jesus for wanting to make this right for free. Any contractor could have said no because months had passed and they already had their money, but it is clearly very important to him to uphold integrity and care for his customers. It is hard to find companies like that these days. the tile looks amazing. Thank you Jesus and Jose!"
