They were able to come out the same day and clean out the ducts and vents and it was such a saving grace. As soon as they were done we could tell the smell was gone and it was nice and fresh! "They do not have an office in Erie. They do not have a business license in Colorado. We were charged $600 only after someone came out and cleaned our dryer vent, plus we’re enrolled in a subscription (to who knows what) for an additional $100. We were told this was a fee for the estimate. When I asked to be emailed an itemized bill, they never sent one. My husband was called by the manager and told if we disputed the charges with our bank, they would place a lien on our home. Unprofessional and a huge scam. Buyer BEWARE! Not local and dishonest. And we found out they didn't even clean the vent! We had to have another company come out and clean it properly!!!"
