"I DO NOT recommend this place. I took my wedding dress in to be steamed - after picking it up I noticed snags in the dress and the back side was completely wrinkled. after receiving 3 professionals opinions it was concluded that it was snagged by either a wire hanger or a ladies rings. I was told by the owner that they do not use wire hangers, however the dress was given to me on a wire hanger vs the plastic hanger I provided it on. With only 11 days to my wedding it's impossible to get a replacement and all I was offered was $50 off my $100 steaming - no ownership of damaging and blamed me."
