"I am very disturbed by the experience I had at the Thornton Colorado location. I dropped off some clothing to be dry cleaned there including some suits and a very expensive jacket. I went to pick up my clothing on Saturday 2/10/24. There was a note on my clothes stating a button was missing and to provide a button to replace it. I was very upset as this button was on my jacket at time of drop off as my clothes were inspected at that time by the staff. I asked the staff what were they planning on doing to make this right. She stated that there was nothing to be done and if I wanted my clothing that I need to pay for the dry cleaning. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that she was instructed not to bother her on her days off because she was spending time with her daughter. I asked to speak with the owner and she said all I know is his name is Brad. I called on Monday to the dry cleaners and spoke with Lisa that stated she was the manager at the branch. She stated that it's not a big deal and buttons go missing all the time and she didn't understand why I was upset. She was very RUDE and condescending. After some back and forth She stated that she would order a button for me and fix the problem. I got a call on Tuesday stating that my jacket was fix and can be picked up. I was utterly disgusted by the way I was treated and spoke to by this company that I sent my husband to pick up our clothes from there instead of me. My husband returned home and I checked my jacket and noticed that they stole 2 buttons off the back of my jacket and replaced them with some random junk buttons and sewed them on with blue thread (my jacket is all black) and put one of the buttons that they removed from my jacket to the front were the missing buttons was. I was so furious that I called the cleaners and asked where the other button was that they took off the back of my jacket and I wanted it. The staff member told me "I can't help you there is nothing we can do" I then told her that I wanted the button that they took or I would call the police. She stated "Do what you have to do". I called Thornton police department and had them meet me at the Thornton Martinizing Cleaners to retrieve my buttton. The police officer was able to retrieve my button from the location. Why should I call the police to retrieve my own property that was stolen off my jacket? I never authorized them to take buttons from another part of my jacket to fix THEIR mistake. This whole situation was ludicrous. I also want a refund of my fee that they charge me for my cleaning because if I didn't pay it they would not allow me to take my clothing. (Essentially holding my property hostage). I will be taking them to court as they ruined my jacket. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM AT ALL."

"I requested heavy starch on my shirts. They look as though they were tossed in a dryer on low heat. There are noticeable wrinkles and no starch. The woman working agreed that it was not heavy start "or even medium starch," she explained. An hour later, I received a call. The manager was rude and said they do not do heavy starch on Cowboy Shirts with decorative buttons. She expected me to pay $59--the total price. I would have agreed to some sort of discount because of their miscommunication. She pulled the shirts and said, "I guess you don't want your shirts." I paid for my shirts but told her I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. She called me an A****** when I left. I see why the last six reviews are all one-star rated. AVOID THIS PLACE."

"My husband needed to go on military orders today and I needed his uniform cleaned last minute. I called yesterday and spoke to Lisa. She said I could bring it in for same day cleaning. When I picked it up I was a little worried that it wouldn’t have the military creases, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect! And the price was the best compared to other places I have taken it to. I will definitely be coming back."

"Although the staff were friendly they were horribly over priced for alterations. Was on a time crunch and didn’t have time to go to my regular lady in Aurora, but will make the time in the future. Paid double for what my other lady would charge and the quality of work was not at all equivalent to the high charges…….not even going to wear the dress as sleeves aren’t even. Sadly will not ever recommend."

"I took my king sized comforter in to be dry cleaned. Which they charged me 47.00 to do. I asked why it was almost 50.00 to clean it the worker said because it’s a down comforter and takes longer to dry because they hang dry it. When I picked it up and opened up the bag it was in there were 2 dryer sheets in the bag with it. I put it on my bed and the entire comforter looked to have been shrunk. I took it back in abs the manger lady her name is Lisa claimed it was not the same comforter that they cleaned for me. I had taken pics of it on my bed in multiple positions showing the damage they have done. She then refused to issue me a refund. I do NOT recommend this place to anybody EVER! Horrible service all the way around."
