The wedding dress preservation process was seamless: I took my gown in for an estimate (the estimate varies based on the fabric and the amount of stains), Sunny worked on cleaning and preserving my dress over 3-4 months (I didn't mind waiting because I knew it was a multi-step process to clean and preserve the dress and quality work takes time), and then I made an appointment to pick-up the dress. Sunny is known for quality work, attention to detail, and takes great pride in her work. Come here if you want quality cleaning and preservation for your special occasion garments."

"My mom's wedding dress was sitting in a box for almost 30 years. It's considered vintage with a lot of beading and lace. I did a lot of research before bringing it here. It looked brand new after Gold Label Cleaners handled it! I wore it for my own wedding and had them preserve it after since they did such a good job the first time. The dress had been stepped on and gotten muddy. It is stunning now and looks like new. 10/10 recommend. It was a pleasure to work with Sunny. Thank you!"

"We came to Sunny with a delicate request; please help us restore a 75 year old wedding gown for me to wear to surprise hubby's parents and his 93 year old grandmother! Sunny was very professional and heard each concern I had, going over the details of the problems with the dress and noting the fragility of the lace that has survived since 1948. Within a mere 10 days, she was able to work her magic and make a tremendous turnaround for the dress--the fabric itself somehow glows now almost as if it were brand new! The lace now matches the rest of the tone of the gown. There was also a dingy odor embedded in the fabric which is completely gone now, it smells so lovely-- neutral and clean. We are SO grateful and amazed at what Sunny at Gold Label Cleaners did for us not only for our wedding, but also for bringing our family closer together!! "ZERO ⭐️The seamstress here I’m not sure if She said she’s not the owner. If the owner would reach out to me that would be great. Long story short I came to the seamstress with my dream wedding dress that fit perfectly. I just needed the straps to be a little tighter so they would stay on my shoulders. I left the dress with her. I brought my brand new beautiful satin gown in a clean, new beautiful bridal collection bag.I received a different bag then what I dropped my dress off in. Inside the bag was tons of pet hair, and black marks. When I returned back for the fitting it was a little tight this was 72 hours later, she asked me if I had gained weight. She had the audacity to tell me that I could not eat only drink water until My Wedding which was three days away and she wanted to keep the dress she kept the dress at 9 o’clock the morning of my wedding. I tried my dress on at 10 o’clock on my WEDDING DAY! and my dress is completely ruined because she tightened the straps in the breast area so much that it would not fit it would not go over my shoulders. The breast pads in the dress were to the side underneath my armpit. There was nothing we could do to push, we used tape, everything. All I’ve asked for is a refund on the outrageous amount of money. I paid her to ruin my dress that I have hanging in the closet that i may add I can do nothing with and I had to buy a dress right before my wedding shout out to the bridal collection. I highly recommend them the only thing I don’t recommend about them is they do have this on their page of Recommendations for a seamstress. I did tell them that they need to take this lady off their list as they were fitting me for another dress that I had to pay $1000 for. They were nice enough to have it delivered to the church so I could get my makeup on. It was less than two hours until my wedding at this point. Paying $1500 into the other dress not counting the almost $400 to have the dress ruined really took a hard hit on my wedding budget. have tried to talk to this lady very nicely she will talk over you. She will not reason with me that she ruined my wedding. She ruined my dress. She did ruin my wedding because my wedding time had to be changed there for half my guest did not show up , she ruined my wedding because I was late and my photographer had to hurry so therefore I got barely any pictures I highly highly do not recommend this place and I don’t know what I can do legally, but I am going to do everything I can not only did you ruin my wedding dress basically on my wedding day, she has cussed at me. She has hung up on me, called my phone to hang up on me and yell at me Very unprofessional I would not use this place especially for your wedding dress and then the way I saw how she treated the customers that were coming in. Not very nice to them either so I didn’t take it personally but I do take it personally that due to her ruining my dress, she wants to make it my fault. Tell me I got fat with in 72 hours And told me that it was my fault and then when it came to fixing anything her only solution was you have to push up your breast I have bruises on my breast because we tried to fit my breast where she put the breast on the dress, highly highly highly, do not recommend this place and whoever owns this place, if you could, please get in contact with me, that would be great."

"Sunny at Gold Label has restored an 114-year-old christening dress that has been in my family twice and it was beautifully done. She is a genius and an artist. My grandmother hand-made this baby baptism gown in 1909 and it has been passed down in our family and used by 22 babies. Most recently, she redid the fragile arms of the outer garment and reinforced the bodice. Here is a photo of my newest grandson wearing it for his christening in Germany this week, September 2023. It will be used by another cousin's baby in the next six months. Thank you, thank you, for restoring this lovely gown for our family!"
