"For the $525.00 I paid out, I did not get that level of cleaning. Just sticking a hose in the ducts without a brush does not clean up all the dust. Sanitizing the opening does not kill any mold hiding in the ducts. Refusing to clean two ceiling ducts where dust and mold odors emit is not doing a full job. I think a $300.00 refund would be appropriate. Attached is a picture of the cloth used to wipe the duct that was cleaned."
"The team was amazing. Responded fast on a quote and was able to book them for later in the week. They were respectful, willing to answer any questions, and explain the process of how they clean the ducts, why they use the process they do and gave clear instructions for after the cleaning. They cleaned up while going and even showed us what was in our ducts. Definitely will be calling them to use the business again."
