"Terrible experience. Paid $50 to have patches put into pants. Just trying the pants on every patch failed and pulled out. Dropped the pants off again to the tailor and was told to come back in a week. Came back to get them and then was pushed back another week. Showed up to pick up my pants and was told to take them with me as the tailor was sick. I asked for a refund as all of the work failed upon trying pants on and was refused a refund."

"Went for a lil alteration on a black shirt that I needed urgently for prom. Mr. Mendez was very kind to me and understood my concerns with the shirt I had. It was a black dress shirt and it was on the pricey side so I couldn't just get another one. He helped me out, measured me and made the process very easy. When I came to pick up my shirt it was pressed, fixed and bagged. Thanks Mr. Mendez, made me look good in front of my date."

"I took my daughters’ bridesmaid dresses in for my sisters wedding. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Honestly I’m more upset that when I approached the employee (I apologize I do not have her name), that works there that she slammed her hand on the desk and told me that she would not give me my money back. And kept interrupting me about how she did her job. I have stains and holes on the back of both dresses and threads everywhere. Clearly this is not how you alter a dress. I brought it to Hopsin with over 4 weeks until the wedding. I know have 10 days to resolve the issue of 2 ruined dresses and am out of $100 for the alterations and the money for both dresses. I am extremely disappointed and cried the whole way home since I have to wait til Wednesday to discuss with the manager any resolution to this bad situation."
