"Just called the police and filed a report on this guy. He ruined two fur pieces on two $500 coats and wouldn't give a cleaning refund. When we told him we'd take him to small claims court court he snatched it away and tried to steal it so we wouldn't have evidence. Had to drag him out of the shop to get him to let go. Avoid this place. He tried to say it was ok he ruined the pieces because they were over six months old and that's "too old" to be in great condition."

"Brought in a $275 dollar jacket to have the arms altered. They did a horrible job and made the sleeves way to short. Took it back into see if he would fix it and he told me the arms were still to long. If you value your clothing don’t drop it off here. Now I have a jacket that has been ruined."

"I have used this cleaner for over 7 years and the last 2 years has been horrible. They have completely went down the tubes ever since Kay has left. Alterations were wrong on a shirt (too short), the turnaround time is longer now, prices have went up, and the owner is just rude and inconsiderate. He can't even say "Thank You" when picking up your laundry and putting money in his pocket. He just stares at you after paying. I will never use them again!"

I said excuse me several times, and he never looked up. The alteration I have would probably cost me a pretty penny and they would have made the money. I could not believe the rudeness. I'm sincerely blown away. He never looked at me when I was right in front of him."

"Very impressive! Really nice people... It was like going back in time. Dry cleaning has gotten quite expensive but they are the most reasonable in the area. Seriously, send them your cleaning to keep these people in business so they can stick around. Some cleaners in the area charge twice the price...I've checked!"
