"Extremely unprofessional!! I called Nora based on the recommendations from another site. She came out and we spent an hour discussing details and chose two days that would work for her to start. She was to get back to me on which day was best for her. I left several messages for Nora asking her to please let me know when she was coming, but never heard from her again. This complete lack of respect for my time and failure to communicate is not only unprofessional, but extremely rude.
