"We were referred to AirDuct specialists by our furnace tech. It was a great choice! Jared was thorough, friendly, and professional. He was able to do some quick problem solving to deal with our furnace and ducting setup. We also had him clean our dryer venting, which vents to the roof. That was also a good choice. He climbed on the roof to clean and discovered a non-compliant vent with mesh that was all clogged up with lint - a potential fire hazard. Jared worked about 4 hours straight altogether and provided great value for our money."

"Customer service is great, I have a daughter that has disabilities where time scheduling is a small window, they worked with me on a time and day. Patrick came out and was great, I would highly recommend him. Did a good job cleaning all the ducts and cleaned up after himself. Was very considerate of my oxygen tubing and told me not to worry about moving it for him, that he will work around it, Not many workers do that now a days. I would highly recommend this company."

"3 stars overall after responding to my initial review (see below). 5 stars for responsiveness - I heard back within an hour of contacting them about my dissatisfaction. They gave me a discount, refunded my tip, and rescheduled a new cleaning within the same week. The second technician was very personable, apologetic, and thorough, and spent 4 hours re-cleaning all the ducts (not the dryer vent). Scored 3 stars overall for two reasons: the hassle of having to have 2 @ 4-hour cleanings, and unfortunately, in Jason's zealousness to be super thorough, he made several very large (6-8" diameter) holes in our trunk line - one of which is in the path of our laundry room door. He attempted to seal it with tape rather than screws to get the door to open fully, but the door still doesn't open completely and the patch is falling down already. Original 2* review: Based on their reviews, I chose AirDuct Specialists, even though they charged the highest price of the three services from which I received estimates. But I am disappointed. The technician spent plenty of time here, answered our questions, and showed us photos and videos of several areas (not all). However I didn't anticipate having to clean up grit, dust, drywall chunks and moth parts around the vents, returns, on the floor below ceiling vents, and even up on the countertops and walls after he left (see photos) - especially since he said (and the videos show) that the ducts weren't extremely dirty. Note the one register I opened (cleaning was done 24 hours previously) doesn't look clean to me. :( Cannot recommend."
