"Xavier cleaned an area rug and my hardwood floors. The area rug was stained and had bad pet odor. Xavier was great! He was thorough and explained the process of removing the stains and odor from the rug. The rug looks clean and smells much better! My hardwood floors are shiny and clean too! Xavier was able to remove the dull looking sheen from the floor. He is very pleasant and professional. The process of scheduling was easy and the communication was very good.
