"The actual window cleaning was beautifully done. However, there were some windows that the tech couldn’t clean because his machine broke near the end of the job. He advised me to call and re-schedule to have these done at a future date. Additionally, he bent one of our screens then took it with him. He said to call and file a claim for a replacement. Also, one of the windows is now broken that wasn’t before the job. Fast forward to current day and three phone calls later, nothing has been done to resolve the issues. When I talked to the scheduler, she just says there’s nothing she can do except escalate my concerns to the owner. Needless to say, it’s been almost 6 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I’ve given up and am very frustrated because I paid full price for an incomplete job and will now have to pay out of pocket to replace the broken screen and window."
