"Brought my pea coat in, they held it over a week due to a “production delay”. Then I get a voicemail that my coat was ripped in the process and they need a couple more days to send to the seamstress to fix the issue. When I finally got my coat back and took it home to review under better lighting, it wasn’t even dry cleaned. I don’t know if there was a management change but this dry cleaners was once a good one, not anymore."

"Have been putting off having my wedding dress and my husbands suit cleaned, I wanted to be sure it would be in good hands. The positive reviews made me call Cache and they confirmed they do not send items out which was my biggest concern. All of my items were ready within a week, they called me to let me know everything was done, and were very reasonably priced - they’d originally said wedding dresses were a minimum of $100 but since mine is more simple (no beading or lace) they only charged me $50. Unfortunately, they don’t clean furs, but most places don’t anymore. I’ll definitely use Cache again!"

"I've used this cleaner for 27 years, satisfied until this time. Dropped off a down quilt to be cleaned, was charged $29 and paid up front. Picked up today, at first the employee couldn't find the quilt, asked several times if I had already picked it up. Of course not, since picking up requires surrendering the ticket. Finally she found it but then charged me $29 again. I protested since I had already paid and the receipt showed "Paid" and nothing about charging extra. Employee said that the new charge was for the duvet cover (simple cotton) and that she didn't see that it was a quilt when I brought it in. That's laughable, she asked me what size quilt when I dropped it off, and wrote "quilt" on the ticket. Then she changed her story and said duvet covers cost $29 also. I paid, but will find another cleaner in town. It's not honest business to double the price after the fact."
