"I have an area rug that I got for $20 at the thrift store just to cover my linoleum flooring. It's nothing special, but it's nice. I didn't need an expensive service, just something to clean it up a bit and get a big wrinkle out. The quote I was given was half of the price of other shops in the area. I was able to drop the rug off and pick up 2 days later. The rug is back to new looking condition and it lays flat and square to the room again. Really happy to support this local small business. "I am critical by nature but I look real hard at all aspects of any work I pay to have done. To start..... this company has first class, heavy duty cleaning equipment that will do any size rug cleansing job and it is gas powered inside the company van. My rug was filthy with stains everywhere due to a child who throws food on floor. I was amazed at the time and effort the company's owner put in and even more impressed with the results. My wall to wall rugs look good, real good. I expected less. I paid the man about twenty % more than the figure he quoted because my rug came out MUCH better and I felt he earned more. Oh yes one more thing. He didn't ask for more money but he did earn it."
