"We had Scott from Mr. Vac Cleaning & Restoration come out mainly to clean a cat mess in a closet although we had a couple other areas done as well. He was extremely professional and went beyond what we expected to ensure the carpet was clean and the closet carpet was urine free, even coming out for a 2nd sweep free of charge. He offered to come out a 3rd time if we smelt any bit of cat pee, again at no cost! The office staff was super friendly and booked us super fast. We highly recommend Mr. Vac and will be using them for our yearly carpet cleaning care moving forward."

"Josh was so professional, friendly, and explained things well. He even noticed a corner where mud was seeping in from the foundation, which indicates a big problem. With the way the relationship with her has been less than good, it's a wonderful help for me to provide vital info to the owner that can prevent further damage to the foundation. I'm so grateful to Josh! The carpets look really wonderful, especially the really dirty traffic area in the living room. It looks world's better!
