"I am rating Stetson Hills an overall 5 not because our experience has been perfect but because when a challenge has surfaced (whether it be our children becoming sick to socially struggling), we have always been respectfully notified and given opportunity to handle the issue with an understanding and patient approach. For that we appreciate both the Director Ms. Karen and Assistant Director Ms. Lynae. We respect their endurance and consistency that's given to faithfully contribute to such a chaotic yet organized place of business and home away from home for our little ones. To add to such a team, they have found some amazing helpers. Specifically Ms. Rachel, who gives naturally strong and protective leader; Ms. Danni, who brings us comfort to drop off our little one with her soft yet confident attitude; And Ms. Jessica...by far the most caring heart and soul you can have as your child's teacher, her ability to see each and every child for who they are, to then teach from their needs first, to then seeing the love and respect they have for her, is a testament to the way she handles her job with such strength and grace. She's a gem that will always be an asset to any company. Their cook also does not go unnoticed. Being there bright and early to make sure our kids are healthy and full contributes to their happiness. Our only concern is the pricing, without government assistance it's excruciatingly expensive but we find peace with the quality of care our kids receive. "My son has been going here for two years, everything started off good until the director started a cut off time. Once that started they started becoming very rude and pushy towards the parents. I try to get my child to daycare at the cut off time and there was a few times I was late dropping him off, it would be less than 5 minutes and they would freak out on me. Ever since, then they started treating my son and I different than everyone else that attended. Lynae and Karen would start saying slick comments to me if I arrived even a couple minutes early before the cut off time and would raise their voice and argue with me over letting my son attend. Which one , we pay the state and them for tuition like no other to get treated that way by the staff. They would tell us sometimes they were understaffed and wouldn’t let me drop off my child. This daycare is run by unprofessional people, although the daycare teachers were great. It’s unfortunate my son was unenrolled for being 1 minute late altough I had called and let them know I was stuck in brutal weather.The front desk lady, Lynae somehow had the right to tell me he was unenrolled without speaking to the director first and started arguing and yelling.Find another job if you decide to wake up each day unhappy and not treat people respectfully when people are paying you for your services."

"When my daughter started coming to this daycare she cried when I would drop her off because she didn't want to be away from me. Within one week she was happy to go to daycare. Through the pandemic this center has made it a priority to keep the children safe, and have only had to close down once. They closed down because a child was exposed to covin. And they let everyone know very quickly, and followed procedures keep everyone safe! Everyday I can rest easy knowing that my daughter is playing outside as long as it's warm enough, doing art, dancing, singing, reading, learning, and enjoying every moment that she is at daycare. And I can tell that the structure in how they do things here has really helped my daughter's personality, and language to blossom! My daughter would not have excelled as much as she has if it weren't for coming to this day care! I absolutely love this day care and I am so blessed that my daughter is able to come to it!"

"My daughter has been attending for about a year in which during this time she has learned so much. She comes home singing songs, dancing, and sharing happy stories of her day with our family. Not only are her teachers are extremely kind and knowledgeable when it comes to the care of children, they are easy to get along with and I can tell they care about everyone of their pupils. The center is always very clean and orderly and they always have fresh water and crackers for the kiddos on their way out the door in the evening. Everyone in the building is always very cheerful which really helps (a grumpy 3 year old in the morning). Thumbs way up to The Stetson Hills KinderCare!!!"
