"Sergeant installed our septic system for a previous homeowner in 2017. We moved in the end of 2019. When we initially contacted them, they recommended another company for operation and maintenance required by Trumbull county, and we went with that company. When we had an alarm go off 2 weeks ago, our current company said they could not fix the problem and to call the installer. After being promised that ‘If not anything else we stand behind our company, You have my word on that.’ (Direct quote from a text) And were told that they were short staffed and might take a few days to come out. I was willing to wait. But after trying to contact them again 4 days later with no response, I had to call another company. That company came out within a day and was able to diagnose the problem in 10 minutes. While I understand that companies are hurting for employees, don’t make promises that you cannot keep."
