"Overpriced! By allot. $150 an hour drive time. I live 17 minutes away; So that’s an hour round trip right? I was quoted an absolute max of $300, but probably closer to $200. The bill was $470. The simple job was to install one T with a valve."

"Had them come out for a main sewer line repair on our property and the repair failed with 18 months. 10k literally down the drain and they refused to warranty their shoddy work. We called multiple times for clarity and they were not responsive at all. We now have a new $3500 repair bill to fix their work. Very excited. The quality and customer service seems to have gone downhill since the previous owner retired and left the company to his son. I would not recommend doing any serious work with this company. I'm sure they could replace a toilet just fine, but look elsewhere for bigger jobs."

"Wow. I nave never been treated so rude. Called about a major leak for my mother in law and was told that they talked to other plumber's in the area and nobody will work with me. I was stunned. What did we do? If thier was a reason behind her tone and actions? BLACK LISTED for what reason? I have always used Sparks for my own personal plumbing issues and have always paid them and they always seemed to do a good job but will never again. I guess they must have enough business to be able to talk to people like that in such a small town."
