"I spilt a gallon of paint on my new carpet today, and I was distraught. The receptionist was so kind and he was able to send Scott over within half an hour and he made it look good as new as well and clean a few other spots while he was at it. I am so grateful for the amazing job and customer service I was provided."

"To set the scene, we got a white couch (risky to begin with), and not 48 hours into owning it our dog ended up with diarrhea and chose to let loose on said couch of all places. After calling around to a few different companies in town, Mr. Vac was the by far the best value (by a wide margin) and we got hot lucky and they were able to come day of. Scott M. was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He did an excellent job and explained things as he worked. He mentioned that pet stains such as the one we had can reappear when the spot dries. He told us to give him a call if that were the case, and he would come back out to hit it again to make sure it was taken care of. The stain did come back a couple days later (albeit faintly) and he was able to come back to treat it again for us. The stain remained gone completely after the second treatment. We felt like Mr. Vac really made us a priority, did a fantastic job, and genuinely care about their customers. We couldn’t imagine using any other company in the valley for the services that Mr. Vac offers. Bonus points for gifting the culprit a dust bunny."
