Reviews of Authentic Life Early Learning Center
"Our two boys went to Authentic Life from 6 months to kindergarten. We were very pleased with the care, along with our children’s growth. I recommend!"
"We have had all three of our children at this daycare since they were 12 weeks old. My children are so excited to go to school everyday and they are met with hugs and smiles. From the moment you walk into ALC everyone is very kind and nice. When I pick my children up at the end of the day the teachers tell me about how all of them did. Every staff member knows each of my kids by name and truly cares about them. ALC is an amazing place to send your children and I couldn’t recommend them enough!"
"I am giving this daycare one star. However, if I could give them negative stars I would. My son was there for two weeks and amount of eight days. Every day we pick him up there’s a new issue. From the first day, being a mother of a child going into daycare for the first time I expected a little bit more from the daycare. The day I dropped him off not only did they ignore me and take my child, but when I picked him back up, he was not wearing his own diapers and they said he hadn’t eaten. I watched for about 10 minutes from the window in the other room and witnessed my son behind the door crying for that entire 10 minutes while the intendant or caretaker was on her phone. I was then weary about bringing him back and called to complain. They said that they were going to try harder and they did not. The next day I picked him up and he was soaking wet from head to toe. I asked the lady watching the kids why he was wet. Her response was he’s wet because he dropped water on himself. I then asked why you have not changed him because he had extra clothes. She then said I was on my break. My son now has a severe fungal infection like a yeast infection due to them not changing his diaper and leaving him in a wet diaper. By the third day I picked him up I sat in the lobby for a little bit trying to talk to someone and no one was there. Again when I went into the room to pick my son up, he was not only still crying, but had marks on his face. I then find out he has hand foot and mouth and no one told me. When I went to go and talk to them about it, they pretty much brushed what I said off. By the last day I picked him up. I had already been fed up with the way they ran this facility. I picked them up and asked to have all of his stuff back so I could take him somewhere else. They could not find anything I brought, and I had to sit there for 20 minutes looking for his blanket, which was in another kids box. I do agree that this is one of the cleanest Daycare‘s I’ve ever seen but ran extremely poorly. I was in fear for my child safety, and do not recommend this daycare for anyone."
"I have had all three of my kids attend Aspen Creek and I have loved having them there. They are really flexible with great hours, which is great since I'm a teacher. More importantly, I have truly felt like they love and care for my kids. All of the staff members know them by name, and they were always excited to go in each day. They have always been great about teaching them new things and getting them ready for kindergarten. I also love that they feed them a healthy lunch and two snacks each day, so I don't have to pack anything! I can not imagine having my kids anywhere else!"
"We have been going to Aspen Creek for 4 years now and I can truly say they are like a second family to us. We have 4 kids that attend and all of the teachers and staff truly love them like their own and make it such a great experience for the kids. Having our kids in a Christian environment is also so important to us and they make it a priority in their day to day activities and surround our kids with the morals and values that align with ours. They truly invest in the kids social, mental, emotional and academic development. Both me and my husband work full time and even during these uncertain times, they navigated it with love and care and were able to keep their facility open. When our elementary age kids were doing remote learning, they didn’t even hesitate when we asked them if they would be willing to work with them throughout the day on their school work. As a working mom, there is sometimes some guilt of not being home with my kids but it makes it so much easier that I know they are being loved on and taken great care of during the day. I cannot recommend them enough and am forever grateful for the amazing impact and investment they have made on my kids lives. Thank you Aspen Creek!"
