Community Hospital

"In general the hospital and staff are excellent! However, someone in the Materials Dept needs to go. Six weeks ago my husband's cochlear implant surgery scheduled for Mar. 14, plenty of time to get instrument here. As we're driving to hospital, after boarding dog and making hotel reservations, since live 70 miles away, we get a call..instrument not here because somebody didn't fill out order completely. We're rescheduled for next day, the 15th. Again, we are driving to hospital and get the same call. Device still in Tennessee, weather blamed. WHY WASN'T DEVICE SENT BY AIR, 24 HOUR DELIVERY? Now surgery scheduled for next Tuesday. No one is willing to promise us that we can get confirmation of device's arrival prior to Tuesday morning. That's no way to win friends and influence people!!!"

"I recently had surgery there. And the nursing staff are wonderful compassionate people. Especially Dani in ICU. She's patient and very knowledgeable about her work, couldn't have asked for better care. Dr Fulton and Dr Henderson were my surgeons who did a magnificent job of keeping me comfortable and informed about my care. Community hospital is the best in the valley at caring for patients."

"Disappointed in learning after the fact, that my doctor Budiman has left, but I am absolutely thrilled with my first visit with Dr. Aaron Moore. I felt so comfortable and confident in his knowledge. I wish I had him for my doctor all along, and I hope I will be able to be his patient permanently! I also have nothing but good to say about his assistant (I failed to catch her name) . She was great. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful to me also."

"I truly appreciate all the wonderful people who work at Community from the young man who checked me in at the counter to my nurses ( Derek, Kaycee and Kristen ) I had in same day procedure, Dr Sarge's has got a wonderful bedside manner, makes you feel like you're the most important patient he has at that moment. He also talks to me on the same level and doesn't speak over my head which is very important to me so I understand everything he's talking about. I wish he could be my primary care doctor. Thank you to everyone at Community for making my procedure before and after a great experience!"

"The staff that took care of my husband after his surgery were all great! We really appreciated Joanna Cook who was cleaning a room next to us to time to grab all our trash and mop our area. It had been a very long day. She was so professional and caring. Your staff are all amazing. Thank you"
