"I would advise to use any other imaging services, if possible, to avoid a billing nightmare. Per my experience the billing for this company is the worst ever. I had services a year prior and still have not been able to pay my bill. I have an explanation of benefits given to spectrum multiple times that shows the insurance portion was paid 9 months ago, and they will not let me pay the balance shown from insurance for my portion due to “being under investigation.” The billing calls constantly drop and each representative, including their supervisors give different answers. My most recent call the manager told me I could just pay my portion, sent me to billing and of course the call dropped. I called back and another representative told me I couldn’t even pay."
"Had mammograms here 9/2021 & 9/2022. Prior year (2020) exam at different location resulted in f/u mammogram. Not here which I assumed was good. When a 2024 mammogram at a different provider identified a concern I request my prior results from Spectrum. They were not provided. The radiologist also requested, nothing. Now I have a breast cancer diagnosis- so needless to say I’m upset and wonder if this was missed by Spectrum."

"If I could give this place zero out of five stars I would! Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service. First of all, I was confirmed pregnant at Brighton Salud which is where my primary doctor is this was in 8/23. My OB sent a referral over to get an ultrasound to confirm how far along I was. Spectrum took a WEEK to even call me to schedule the appointment then the appointment was three weeks out. So I have already had a bad taste in my mouth about this company. Please keep that in mind. Secondly, my OB sent another referral over on 12/13/23 to schedule a second ultrasound for me since I am 20 weeks pregnant. This would be my anatomy scan and to confirm the sex of the baby. Surprisingly, Spectrum called the same day and we scheduled an ultrasound for 12/29/23 which is today. I've waited two weeks for this appointment. My mom was going to come and already took off work. I get a call this morning from an ignorant lady at Spectrum telling me that unfortunately their ultrasound tech "called out" and they don't have availability to do my ultrasound today. I was so livid and disappointed. The lady was very rude and didn't seem to care at all about how I was stating this is not okay and they need to figure something out. The lady then told me there was NOTHING she could do except reschedule me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady said she was a supervisor. Hmm, doubt it. Well I told her I wanted to make a complaint because this is so unprofessional and unfair. I understand people get sick and things happen, but for this company to only have one person able to perform ultrasounds shows the lack of professionalism and dedication at Spectrum. The lady told me we would have to reschedule and she said the next available date would be 1/12/24. I told her no I am not doing that and I hung up. I get if you have to reschedule me, but making me wait another two weeks is totally not okay. That would mean I would be waiting a MONTH for an ULTRASOUND. Get real. This company blows. Very unprofessional and incompetent. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS here. Instead please try Touchstone Imaging, they have amazing staff and actually know how to use their brains."
"I called was told x-rays we’re done on a walk in basis after receiving multiple automated messages saying to schedule my kid’s appointment. I asked how they do x-rays on children they say they have two techs. I take time off work and take my kid out of daycare early. Get told by the front desk no x-ray tech is available. Going to find a alternative place that takes appointments for children. This is ridiculous"
