"Do yourself a favor and find a different location, or alternatively go an hour later than your appointment and you should be fine. It would be nice if they took as much care to text you and email you about running late as they do about getting the paperwork signed."

"Their recorded hold blurb promises “spectacular service,” but I received anything but that from Health Images at South Denver. Trying to schedule a simple MRI was unnecessarily difficult; they did not interface correctly with my insurance (Cigna), and changed my orthopedic surgeon’s recommendation for a MRI W/WO contrast to one WO at the literal last minute. Jane (reception) and Makayla (radiology tech) did not meet basic expectations of a professional medical group. I would not recommend this practice to anyone needing outpatient imaging; they have been unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the process. I am scheduling my imaging elsewhere as a result of my experience today, and forwarding a copy of this review to the physician who referred me here. I would not want other patients to experience this level of rudeness and disorganization."

"The staff at Health Images Oswego office are so wonderful. I have never had a difficult visit and prefer this imaging company over any other in Colorado. The facility is sparkling clean and I had no fear of any Covid issues. The steps they have taken are top notch. X-ray room and machine were wiped down and covered. Also it’s really awesome when a year or so after my last appointment my tech remembered me! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable."
