"Touchstone in Castle Rock had the wide bore MRI system plus the technician helped me avoid claustrophobia with head phone music, blanket, wash cloth over my eyes and letting me know each picture and how long for each. Put me at ease. Very much appreciated."
"The technician I worked with was great, the front desk staff were nice and tried to do their job. My results are typically very fast, this time it took 5 days, which was a bummer. The manager of the front office is not knowledgeable or very keen on customer service. I have previously gone to the Dry Creek location, which it seemed like they might share that manager, but she must be new because my previous experiences were night and day better. The manager was dismissive of the fact that I know my insurance doesn't require a deductible for imaging, which unfortunately their policy us requiring to collect deductibles (which is illegal in the state of Colorado), anyways even after starting and proving my insurance doesn't require a deductible and hasn't for my last 5 MRI's she completely dismissed these facts and refused to allow me to get my an MRI without pre-paying. I did pay due to the fact that I don't want to waste my time. But now I'm awaiting my refund as expected over a month later. It's not impacting my ability to pay my bills, but they inaccurately over collected hundreds of dollars, this isn't fair and equitable and could've made it so a patient couldn't receive care if they couldn't afford to be overcharged and wait for a refund. I did speak with this manager after my appointment as she wouldn't speak with me before my appointment. She didn't improve my experience, even though I've worked in Healthcare for over 20 years (many of those in the insurance side) and I've come there over 5 times with my same insurance coverage she continued to gaslight me and stated policy of their company instead of doing the legally and overall the correct thing by honoring my insurance benefits. I'm considering filing a collating with the state for illegal correction practices as I still haven't received a refund."

"I had a thoracic & lumbar MRI done today. I was very anxious because I’m VERY claustrophobic and the technician, Lauren, was absolutely amazing. She verbally went over the process with me beforehand, she gave me several options to help keep me calm (I chose to listen to calm music and to listen to her voice), she gave me a blanket to put over my tank top, she helped me get up onto and down out of the machine, and her calming voice and professionalism kept me calm during the entire session. It was not easy for me and she was so empathetic to that fact. She knows exactly what she’s doing! I’m SO relieved she was my technician. I was compelled to give her a hug because it meant so much that she helped me get through it. To add to this, Kesha was very kind to come meet up with me after the MRI was done to show me some more moral support towards my claustrophobia and she was awesome. Last, but not least, Donna, at the front desk, was so courteous, attentive and helpful toward my physical disability. She went out of her way to walk over to me with the papers that I needed to sign, as I sat in a lobby chair, with my cane. She also let me charge my phone at the front desk during my MRI session. This staff is absolutely AMAZING and I haven’t experienced such exceptional patient service like that in a long time. Thank you beautiful ladies! You truly, made my day. All smiles."
"We were stuck in traffic and I knew I wasn't going to make my appointment on time and Donna told me to call her at 1030 if we were still stuck. I called her and she made sure to get me in today due to traveling and work schedule. The tech was even willing to work thru her lunch. Great place to come for Imaging."
