"I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Johnson. When my husband was diagnosed with epilepsy, he got us in within days. He never once has made us feel rushed, even after our first visit of almost 2 hours in his office. He is caring, he answers all of our questions and has even jumped on virtual calls when we needed with little notice. Dr Johnson has made a very difficult diagnosis more manageable. I would recommend him without any hesitation."
"As an ER nurse with 20 years of experience, I am absolutely disgusted by the front office. My wife was seen in the ER last weekend. Fortunately, she was discharged, with instructions for close follow-up with Neurology, given persistent symptoms. Five days later, with no less than 20 unreturned phone calls, she still has no appointment. Don't waste your time. We are using Blue Sky Neurology."
"This is the first non-5 star review I have ever left for anyone. However, as someone with a seizure disorder I feel it is my duty to warn other prospective patients from seeking care here. In short, CN is entirely incapable of administrating an office. In my 5 years as a patient here, there have been normal headaches with scheduling and timely call-backs. But in the last year, they have failed in ways that can only be described as egregious. For the last 3-months I have had to pay cash for my medication because they will not respond to insurance inquiries. They are all but unreachable when it comes to insurance concerns (see picture for evidence). However, their worst behavior is demonstrated in a recent incident. I had a problem transferring a prescription because of a change with insurance and I could not get my new pharmacy to fill my script as they could not "locate" an up to date script. I was running out of my anti-convulsant. I left multiple messages with reception and a medical assistant telling them I would be out in 3 days... 2 days.. etc.. In totally I left 5-7 messages. I eventually ran out of my final supply. I never received a call back. I had to convince a primary care physician that I had not been to in 2 years to write a script over the phone. They wrote me a week's worth and then talked with my pharmacy to get the script up to date. I attempted for 5 days afterwards to contact Colorado Neurodiagnostics and they did not reply. I have still not heard from them. Despite having a patient population that has life-threatening conditions, they do not have an after-hours nurse or way to access care in emergencies. They do not have timely replies. If you have an issue with insurance or need care in a pinch, do not expect to receive support. Health care in this country is generally a frustrating and red-tape filled experience. This borders on malpractice."
"Extreme admin incompetence, but Dr. Coheen is the best! ZERO STARS. Colorado neuro diagnostics has by far the absolute worst staff I’ve ever encountered. I made an appointment 6 months ago, drove 50 minutes to my appointment, only for the billing lady to tell me they completely botched my transition (which they had 6 months to complete) and that my appointment was canceled. I called 8 times before that appointment and got zero answers or call backs. If you value your health and time, please go somewhere else. I just got off the phone with my insurance and the authorization codes are: A216845272 A209085925"
"I have been a patient here for 15 years and Dr. Alexander and her staff have have always provided excellent care. They have worked with me through multiple treatments never giving up until we find what’s best for me. They care not only about my health but also me as a person. I am so grateful for their whole team!"
