"Disappointed with Royal Robbins customer care. I hoped to do an even exchange, a large dress (brand new, with tags) that didn't fit for a medium dress same style. I was upfront and explained I had bought their brand from one of the company's merchants and couldn't exchange it there because they didn't have my size. Absolutely no deal. They didn't seem to care that they had just lost what would have been a lifetime customer as I loved the dress!! I guess I'm just accoustom to outstanding customer care from their competition in the outdoor lifestyle industry. I'll be sticking with companies that stand by their brand and customers regardless of where it is purchased."
