"Extremely 'weak' customer service! Stood at the print counter for 20 minutes, barely being acknowledged.. While the woman associate ran off to the main register, helping other customers and ignoring me The worst part about shopping at any, Office Depot, is the place is all but 'void' of associates to answer questioins. One at the print counter, and one at the register, and most often, 'they', are running back and forth doing both jobs ! Lowes' Home Improvement does the same, and I'll say, its 'not good' for business Luckily, I discovered the Fed X Print and Ship stores are quite the opposite ( And Amazon! )"

"Went for printing services. For how much they charge I expect better. First order shipped was missing one of my two orders despite someone clearly reviewing and initialing off on the order. Second order came super crinkly and messed up. I understand they’re not responsible once it’s shipped, but then perhaps put in two slightly thicker sleeves to preserve the prints. Will not come back for printing services."
