"If you enjoy being scammed then definitely go here! I took my two cats in for dentals and was billed over $1800. This included just the cleanings and nail trim. The vet called to tell me one of my cats needed multiple teeth pulled but instead of just doing it while he was already under anesthesia, they were waking him up and wanted me to schedule another appointment for a month later. They wanted me to pay for another round of dental work which I was quoted over $1000 for and then tried to push the Banfield pet coverage plan in order to pay for it. It felt like working with a sleezy car salesman instead of an empathetic vet. I would not go here again if my life depended on it."

"Need to work on more accurate estimates which can far exceed original oral exam diagnosis and cost. Waited until my dog was being worked on then charged more than doubled the price. Went from $1300 quote to charging me $2700! BEWARE!"

In the past she would have pain and issues after every tooth cleaning she had, this was the first time we came to the banfield Dental Clinic and she was perfect after the cleaning, and her teeth appeared cleaner, and better breath than she's had in the past five years! The drop off and pickup was quick and easy, and we did not experience any surprise costs. We will be coming here again for her next cleaning."

"Took my cat for a teeth cleaning. They did blood work which was abnormal (never called to tell me this before giving her anesthesia), but they still gave her anesthesia anyway which caused her to have an arrhythmia. They also told me I needed to get an entire row of her teeth pulled. I got a second opinion at a different vet and they said that would be completely unnecessary and saved me about $5k. Please do not take your pets here."

"Quiet atmosphere, friendly and super-helpful staff. Wasn't busy when I went to drop off, pick up or the next week for a checkup. My grumpy pup has a heart condition but needed a cleaning and a few teeth out - after a Cardiology visit, the vets, techs and staff at this new Dental Express location did a wonderful job! We will definitely be returning for his cleaning next year!"
