"I would give them zero stars if that was an option! We were looking for samples of back splash and opened the plastic to see the color better. The samples we picked were not the right color so I went in to return them. They would not give me my money back because the plastic was opened. Horrible customer service, we will take our business somewhere else!"

"Started shopping at Floor and Decor after starting a basement renovation. After the first visit it became apparent how helpful the employees were. The sales associate actually pointed us to tile that was on sale that matched one of our samples. It was a lot more bold but it fit our design perfectly. I’m so happy with it. I also purchased my LVP here, also recommended by an employee. The staff also helped me load my vehicle without me having to ask for help. They also helped me with some installation questions, great place! I’ll be returning once I’m ready for a kitchen project"

"Amazing place. Everything right in one place. We really enjoyed using the creativity bench. Being able to assemble different pieces of tile to get different looks and different color combos. They have accessories and they've got every type of flooring you can imagine and then all the installation stuff in case you're a DIY. What a great place for flooring. We even took some samples home of our tiles so that we could show our contractor. This is what we'd like to have installed. Or goto tile place for sure."

"Brand new store which opened here in Colo Springs. Of course it was clean bc it's new. They have everything from wood to tile, mirrors to faucets, even gym mat flooring. You can find items to install any of the tile, wood, faucets, etc. (I included pictures) They have a selection from tiny individual tiles to some that are 4' x 4'! They also have large displays on each end cap so you can see what the tile looks like other than the 12x12 piece or individual tile. You can find smaller displays above each tile so you can get a better vision of what it might look like but on a smaller scale. They also have displays of showers, office areas, kitchens with some of the tile. They are well stocked and offer samples to purchase which you can also get online. They don't have every item from their online store in this store bc that would be an enormous building but they have a TERRIFIC selection of all price points. The staff is all over the store so it's easy to find a person and get help if need be. They allowed me to bring some of my tile samples in so I could match and make everything a lot easier which I was super grateful for! I was asked multiple times if I needed help or advice while I was shopping around. I saw many customers walking with staff getting what seemed to be good guidance. They all purchased large amounts of tile so I believe they were satisfied with the help and advice the staff gave. If you don't need help they will leave you alone and not pester you which I also love. Only one hiccup.....I did ask one of the staff if they had a full size piece I could look at from one of the samples I bought online and brought in. He scanned the barcode and said "unfortunately they didn't have that one in the store". About 5 minutes later I found that exact piece. I get they may still be learning so I didn't dock any stars but just be aware that you might just double check if they say they don't have a particular piece you're looking for if you visit while they are still in "training" mode (as I like to call it). Overall, floor and decor is a terrific store with a variety of tile and flooring. Their staff is friendly and willing to help. Their tile is up-to-date and has multiple price points. Displays are well done. I'm grateful to have another amazing store in Springs! (If this review helped you please "like" it so it can help others. Thank you and happy shopping!!)"
