"This is the third and last time we will ever use these people. We built a new house and had them come out to install our granite counter tops. We weren’t at the house at the time of install. When we came up a few days later we noticed black lines running thru the island. And the lines where they pieced the two together was very messy. Totally shotty work. They came out and buffed out the black marks and left a dull shadow in each spot. This is all I see now. Granite depot blamed the installers and the installers blame granite depot. DONT BUY FROM THEM. they never came to fix the island and didn’t offer to refund part of my money."

"GD has great services. Template making (laser measuring), demolition, installation and price were excellent. Quick service and the final product was great. I recommend GD for remodeling a house with granite countertops."

"Very disappointed with high pressure sales from Ethan K. We brought in a piece of existing granite to try to match and his rush to get a commission ended up costing us $$$$ and a slab that we had to figure out what to do with. Since it was the ‘last’ one he said he gave us a good price. Granite Depot makes you put %50 down to hold and it’s not refundable. The first look at a picture we gave to our fabricator he immediately said it was a terrible match (so why did Ethan convince us it was?) So we went elsewhere to have a non-commissioned sales rep find a much closer match ( and held it free for 7 days). Our Fabricator had no luck getting our non-refundable money back from Granite Depot. I admit it was our bad to let a sales guy pressure us to buy it in the first place. Then we get a call from a different person (Lorraine) asking when we were going to pay the rest and pick it up? She told us after we paid that our fabricator just had to call ahead for pickup. Not true. She was supposed to have us sign a release form first. She then said she was new and apologized but I’m now scrambling trying to get a form signed while traveling and fabricator is onsite trying to pick it up. Horrible experience. Won’t use a commissioned granite dealer like Granite Depot again."

The team was very professional, used modern measuring and mapping technology so we could visualize exactly what the post-installation results would look like, and pricing was competitive. When we ran into an installation issue they didn't hesitate to work with the installation subcontracting team and send the techs back (all the way to Summit County) to remedy things to our satisfaction."

"Very pleased with our experience at Granite Depot. Avery was the salesman that helped us and my wife was very happy with how he accommodated all her requests and questions.. Even though our order was not in the tens of thousands of dollars we were treated as if it was. Were only half done cutting and install is next but very pleased so far.."
