"If you're redoing your kitchen on a budget you go to Ikea, turns out they own this business as well. I thought it was funny that all around Ikea they had task rabbit posters hung up like use them for our product... Well I found out why... They "completed" my project with a gap around the entire sink that I can fit my hand into (see pictures) I emailed with no help. As matter of fact one of the 3 people I emailed only responded to ask to be taken off the email. They will not finish the job they start & there is no recourse... So if you're ok with a half done kitchen by all means use them."

"My IKEA Kitchen Planner from Traemand was wonderful... so skilled with the IKEA Planning Tool, and full of great ideas and recommendations from her own experience... professional AND fun to work with! The IKEA Kitchen installation team was excellent also. They came in, set up, got to work, and were finished in less time than we had scheduled. They involved me in the various decisions that had to be made on-the-spot, and did careful and complete work."

"I, too, had a very poor experience with Traemand services. They made a huge mistake when measuring and planning my kitchen. How can someone miss 8.5 inches on a wall? Because of this mistake, most of the cabinets are 2 inches smaller than they should have been while some are too large (the one on the top of the fridge). The result was too much space left for the fridge; but yet, they selected a smaller cabinet on the top of the microwave - things don't look cosmetically aligned. Plus, they left a gap of 2.5 inches between a wall and a cabinet. I have been calling and emailing staff and most recently, the upper management. No response. It's like they disappeared from the face of the earth."

"NIGHTMARE don't use them. They sub out so you never know what you are going to get as an install. $3000 charge on a small kitchen. The drawers did not shut , they left off the handles, installed a broken panel, lights installed did not work and the electrician said they had to come down because they were not up to code, seams of the corners uneven. Mostly, their director of operations, Mark said I will have another guy out in one day. It took 10 days before I received a phone call to even schedule to come out. Therefore, delayed my template and tile of back splash was then delayed. They would not take any responsibility for any of it. Yet they say they warranty their work, It is a LIE. they do not. I had two other kitchens for them to install after this and made no effort to compensate. They said you can use another company. I own three businesses. I can not image telling clients to just not use us next time. BEWARE Linda Quinn"

"Traemand (Miami) did an awesome job for our new IKEA kitchen. Their Miami area planner (Adrian) came to our house to do an IKEA in-house design consultation, and offered us some very valuable inputs as how the new kitchen should be and how to maximize storage space. We got our kitchen design the same day and a detailed price quote for the cost of cabinets and installation. We also used them for the IKEA kitchen cabinet installation and we couldn't be any happier. The installer (Eddie) came for two days (first day assemble all the parts, second day install) and did the work efficiently and professionally. The new kitchen looks fantastic and the whole experience was just excellent. We wouldn't hesitant to recommend anyone else considering IKEA kitchen cabinets choose Traemand miami for install and design service."
