"I boarded my dog and had him trained at Pinnacle K9, and I was please with the experience. The facility was clean and well maintained, with plenty of space for the dogs to play and exercise. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly care about the dogs."

"Off hand I would say if you value your dogs health, DO NOT bring them to this facility. I spoke with Chris (I guess he's the owner). I was very specific about the questions I asked about the care my dogs would receive. His answers were very vague and evasive. When I asked him about the recent controversy regarding a dog that had died as a result of neglect from there, he outright lied to me and said they had never had that dog in their care. When I started checking their reviews, I read the post where they got a letter from the state of Colorado talking about the specific dog I had asked about. I also read their form letter type responses to any bad reviews they receive. They will immediately deny any knowledge of having the person as a client, and then in the same response they have a litany of excuses as to why it was essentially the dogs fault, the owners fault, etc. They totally contradict themselves. In a nutshell, these people will lie through their teeth to get your business and avoid any and all accountability for their incompetence. I got a really bad impression from them so I decided to keep my fur babies safe and go elsewhere. I would strongly recommend everyone else to do the same."

"Pinnacle K9 has a very friendly and caring staff. They have an amazing training program that our puppy is currently going through. Our puppy has a very strong work drive and going to Pinnacle K9 has definitely been a great help in keeping her busy and happy. The care that they put into their training and boarding facility is awesome. The owner has shown integrity and thoughtfulness every step of the way. I look forward to continue working with them in the future as my daughter wants our pup to eventually do agility training."

And did a fantastic job with our first Belgium Malinois. I can take him anywhere! Working with him again on our second dog and am very pleased with the progress! I learn so much from him! "I've taken my dog here for several years for occasional boarding. I genuinely trust that my dog is comfortable and looked after closely. Over time they seemed to have gotten to know my dog and provide an individual relationship with her while she is there. As dog trainers they provide intentional handling and management informed by expert knowledge in dog behavior and health. There are many dogs in the facility and it's always clean and well organized. I highly recommend this place to board your furry friends."
