"I’ve been going here for almost two years and have never had an issue. Normally I get gelx and it lasts 3-4 weeks and are super nice. This past visit they did not line up the nails correctly and left a lot of gaps to the point where the day after my nail service they were already lifting. I called and asked to have them fixed (I live far away and it’s hard to come during the week) and the lady on the phone just gave me a lot of attitude and just an unwillingness to help. I decided not to get them fixed based off that interaction and to not come here any longer. It’s sad but a little customer service goes a long way. It’s been not even two weeks and the whole set has basically fallen off."

"I love love LOVE this nail salon and I literally tell everyone I can about it. My usual is a gel pedi and gel x mani and they knock it out of the park everytime. Everyone in the salon has done my nails at least once and they are all amazing. The pedicure massage is at least 15 minutes and if you upgrade to the hot stone, or paraffin, or whatever upgrade they will add ANOTHER massage on top of that. My gel x mani is always flawless and Jenny can do really cool abstract designs if you schedule enough time. 10/10 love this place will always recommend!"

I also recommend the Hot Stone pedicure - the massage and stones feel like heaven, especially after a few days of skiing."
