"I purchased this hoodie four days ago. Wore it walking around with a backpack the next day. This was the result of 3 hours of walking. It's all torn up. Went back to see if I could exchange it. They pointed to their exchange policy of requiring a receipt, which I did not have because I try to save paper when I can. Fair game by them, they did have a notice in-store. But this is just a warning - for $63, a hoodie should not get torn up after 3 hours of wearing a backpack over it. Spend your money elsewhere on more quality clothing because this clearly isn't it. The shop is under no obligation to exchange it, of course, but you should know that the quality for the price is absolutely unacceptable."
