"Second time I’ve been here and got a horrible job. I gave them one more shot. Both times the paint job was horrible and they cut my cuticle multiple times! OUCH! I got there an hour and a half before close today. Just asked for a French. She cut 2 cuticles and the French paint is uneven. Also, I’m going to have to file them because I have rough edges. What made it worse is the lady at the front desk kept asking me to pay while my nails were wet. It was 30 min before closing. Clearly they were rushed. I arrived in plenty of time. No need. This was not worth $52 … save your money and cuticles."

"I’ve been here twice and this is the worst set I’ve ever had. Not to mention… $70 for this?? I’ve never paid that much for a set. I tipped the girl $10 on top of that. Which that was me being just flat out nice since I’ve had a good experience before. This is what my set is looking like at three days in. So horrible.. quite honestly, never going there ever again. If you’re going to be charging the way you do, it needs to be shown in the work. Plus, she burned my cuticle with the drill. Many things I let slide but I think that was just my cue to never go there again."

"The worst manicure I have ever paid for. The lady who helped me was so nice, but these do not look professionally done at all. The lines are so crooked, I have clear polish all over my cuticles and white polish underneath my nails all sticky! I was offered a 10% discount for this mess, which in my opinion, I shouldn’t have had to pay for them at all. So now I have to go home and do them myself. Never coming here again."
