"I went into Ray’s tanks yesterday and worked with Eric, he was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to help. Throughout my process with prepping my tank I probably called over 20 times asking what may have been the same questions over over. Eric was always willing to walk me through what It would take to have a successful and safe tank for our new Baby leopard Moray Eel. I also notice in their location I didn’t see any deceased fish in any over tanks unlike going to Petsmart or Petco, I will forever only visit Ray’s Tanks for my aquatic needs."

"Ray and his son are absolutely fantastic. They helped us pick out a multitude of freshwater fish for our new home, aquarium. They were incredibly kind to test our water multiple times to make sure that our new fish tank was safe and all of our fish would be able to survive in our new aquarium. We won't be going to any other fish store. This place is amazing, it is incredibly highly recommended. The prices are very reasonable. Their expertise is deep and very helpful. "Soooo... I really don't know what rating to put here, lol. Their fish selection is top notch - 5 stars! Their advice is terrible - 3 stars or less (read details below). So I ended up giving 4 stars, something in the middle, lol The Advice. I was looking for a Betta fish for my new micro fish tank setup. I'm not a professional aquarium person, but I've had quite a few fish tanks before and I know that Bettas are mean and it's tricky to have more than one Betta in the fish tank without drama. But they told me I can buy female Bettas as many as 4 (!!!) for my 10 gallon tank. I had doubts, but I believed them, at the end they had all female Bettas in one tank and all looked happy and healthy. Good for me that I've got only 3 Bettas, i thought 4 Bettas for a 10 gallon tank sounded extreme. The first day was okay, Bettas were happy and healthy, very active and curious, great fish. On the second day I saw only one Betta, because the other two were hiding , with damaged fins. Of course as soon as they were accommodated they were set on a quest to kill each other (like normal Bettas). So after a few evenings of work I have a three bedroom fish tank now, that's the happy ending. At the end the fish there is really great, the advice, not so much, lol"
