"KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: They were nice, but I did not get the full service that was agreed upon when I left them with DaKine. Nor did I get any discount for nails not being done on one dog and incomplete trim on 2nd dog. She said this dog growled at them. They showed me pictures of her in the corner with a snarl smile n her face. I understand the man was not comfortable with her. He seemed to be new. The woman was great while making appointment, but I felt she was cold and uncaring in person. Honestly, my pups will never be at DaKine again. Also, 2 weeks later, I took them both to Petco to complete Feet and Fanny trim. I explained my experience with DaKine. I watched threw the window while they were with my pups. Petco had no issues with my pups. Petco groomers gentle and kind. We have scheduled on going appointments with Petco. DaKine should have taken payment for SERVICES NOT RENDERED OFF MY BILL WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT IT."
