"If i could give a no star rating i would. I feel that you cant obtain any records when accounts have been paid. I was told it was a computer glitch and has to be investigated meantime im getting calls threatening i havent paid."

"Went to my neighborhood USBank to deposit money and open a 2nd account was greeted my Donovan McCormick - he wanted to direct me to my mobile app to open the account - I explained to him that the mobile app did not work on my phone have attempted with the IT Dept he refused to assist with opening an account in person - even suggested to close my account - told me no supervisor was ava - this bank has a 2.3 rating and I see why- I want to know who is running this trash representation of a US Bank - 0 stars"

"Terrible, understaffed and the employees that are working are so burnt out they dont care about your wait. I've been in line 20 minutes with one car ahead of me. 2 cars in the commercial lane. One car left after 15 minutes. I've move most of my banking to ENT. (Highly recommend) if you have nothing to do all day this is the bank for you. The customer service is low as well. Lucky if they tell you to have a good day."

"If I could leave a no star review I would. Horrible customer service. The young man who came to window was rude & all he said was “we are short staffed” and “Yup”. I completely understand being short staffed and being under pressure because of that but that’s no way to treat a customer. I was not being rude or anything as I too work in customer service & are short staffed. This is not the first time I’ve had a horrible experience at this bank either… I will be taking my business else where to a different us bank as I use this bank from work & have no say in what bank we use."

"Closed my account at US Bank today after having it for only 2 weeks. Ill pay the 25$ early cancellation fee. I thought that the perk of having a big bank would be great service and fast easy banking. This was definitely not the case. I wait a long time each time i come there, and the lady at this branch doesn’t smile or act helpful, sorta acts like she wants you out of there ASAP. Went to a different branch today and saw people leave because theyd been waiting so long. Pick a credit union instead. Edit: the lady at the downtown location waved the fee and made the account closing process simple and easy."
