"Banking with Chase? Much more like gambling with Chase. ATM just ripped me off a hundred dollars, and if you think that there's any kind of customer service to help you can forget about that too."

"If you are African-American avoid this location! They will pretend as though they don't see you when you walk through the door and continue to conversate amongst themselves. Don't expect a greeting..because it wont happen. You know who you are...two ladies sitting at the cubicle to the left of the front door..when we walked in. The security guard is even Worst he will Zone in on you like a hawk after his prey as though you're there to rob the bank and won't take his eyes off you. Guess they assumed I was there to deposit a dollar??"

"Phenomenal service from Lori L. I didn't know what to expect when I walked into this branch. Lori quickly made me feel comfortable and welcome. She politely and happily resolved my issue. The service I received today was a 10/10."

"Scheduled an appointment days ago. Came in today, sat down and waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The banker had problems printing documents for 30 minutes apparently. When I finally sat down with her, she very loudly confirmed my information with her. When I specifically asked to write down my information so no one could hear. When I showed her my various forms of ID including my physical SSN, she needed proof of my address and asked for my bank statement. I didn’t want to give it to her as she said she had to scan it in, and also see all my transactions and balances. She was also trying to fish for more information, like they always do to try to get more out of you. She then told me that I needed to update my drivers license. So if you’re a military spouse or active duty, I’d be wary of coming to this bank."
