"I made an appointment online with Lexie. An hour before the appointment I noticed it was “unconfirmed” so I called and left a voicemail. 30 minutes before the appointment I called the shop itself and they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I keep calling her to confirm. I never heard from Lexie so I cancelled the appointment."
"This place is now called "Brothas N Sistas" Barbershop. A barber here cut my skin badly and gave me a horrible, uneven cut. He actually did nearly the opposite of what I asked for, as if he wasn't paying attention. The chairs are old, broken and lopsided and this guy kept spinning me around in the chair super fast like he was allergic to walking around the chair."
"No greeting when I came in... or for the 20 minutes I waited. They weren't busy and one barber decided that he would rather refinish the floors than cut hair. I ran out of time to wait and decided to leave. Only then did a barber check in with me. They could be great at cutting hair, but I won't ever know. I'd rather go to a place that treats people with a bit more common courtesy."
"This place is great! Gives you the real barber feel. Kinda like in the movies. I went back a couple times and each time I was charged different. The chair was broken and lop sided. The last two times I got cut by the person doing my hair. My spouse had to ask if I was okay because my whole neck line was scratched up. I like the vibe. I like the first time if going there but after that it wasn't the greatest. I have mixed feelings about this place."
