I have a car loan with them, the car was totaled my insurance company sent a settlement check that they failed for a month to cash and did not hold themselves responsible and my insurance company had to send another in turn prolonged gap and gap has sent the check they are stating the same thing is happening with wanting more car payments instead and dropping my credit because this process is taking so long because of their negligence."
